What it Doesn’t cover…
To keep the guarantee fair, it does not apply when:
The event fails to supply the agreed upon materials (ice, tape, etc.)
Medics are redirected from primary duties (e.g., scorekeeping, tickets, non-medical tasks)
Incidents outside of our control affect event experience (e.g., weather, venue issues)
